Lunch will consist of an herbal salad, herbal soup and a non-alcoholic drink. Chef Matthew will speak to us about cooking with herbs and share recipes with us. Cost will be $21 plus tax and tip. Hill Country Unit of the Herb Society recently hosted an “herb walk”.

Darlene Starr led an informative Herb Identification Nature Walk at Blue Hole Park in Wimberley. Members and guests were enthralled by her vast knowledge of native plants and herbs and their many medicinal and culinary uses.

After a wonderful and educational adventure in the world of herbs, the group enjoyed a lunch of “Friendship Salad.”
